3D Printed Products & Intellectual Property

All 3D printed designs, products, and files created by River’s Aquatics are exclusive intellectual property of River’s Aquatics.

In-Store Purchases

Livestock (In-Store)

All livestock is sold as-is.

No guarantees are provided once livestock leaves the store.

Dry Goods & Equipment (In-Store)

Items must be inspected at the time of purchase.

Any issues must be reported before leaving the store.

Once the item leaves the premises, it is considered accepted.
Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered for online orders:

The Live Arrival Guarantee is void once the item is picked up.

The customer assumes full responsibility upon pickup.

Payment Methods

Suspicious or high-risk transactions may be canceled at our discretion.

Agreement

Consignment Policy – Used Equipment
All consignment sales are final.
River’s Aquatics offers consignment services for used aquarium equipment under the following terms:
Submission Requirements

We reserve the right to accept or deny any consignment for any reason.

The consignor must provide:

Clear photos of the item

Accurate, honest description of condition and functionality

Shipping Responsibility

The consignor is responsible for all shipping costs to River’s Aquatics.

Once accepted, we will cover shipping costs to the final buyer.
Inspection & Acceptance

All items are inspected upon arrival.

If an item is found to be:

In worse condition than described
-
Non-functional or broken
-
Misrepresented in any way
We reserve the right to deny the consignment.

Rejected Items

If denied:

The consignor may request the item be returned at their expense.

If return shipping is not paid or scheduled within 72 hours, the item will be discarded without compensation.

Commission Structure

River’s Aquatics will take a 30% commission from the final sale price.

A minimum commission fee of $10 applies to all items.

This commission covers listing, handling, marketing, and processing.
Payouts

Remaining funds (after commission) may be issued per customer request as:

Store credit

A trusted payment platform
-

We reserve the right to deny any payment method that appears suspicious or unsafe.
Trade-In Option (Equipment for Coral)

Customers may trade equipment for coral instead of consignment sale.

Terms:

Customer pays shipping to River’s Aquatics

Customer also pays shipping for coral sent to them
-

Trade-in value:
-
Determined after inspection and testing
-

We reserve the right to accept or deny any trade-in.
Final Authority

All consignment decisions, pricing, acceptance, and payouts are at the sole discretion of River’s Aquatics.
