What is WYSIWYG?
WYSIWYG stands for “What You See Is What You Get.” The coral you see pictured is the exact piece you will receive—no stock photos, no surprises.
When do you ship orders?
We ship orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure the safest possible delivery. All shipments are carefully scheduled around weather conditions at our location, your location, and along the shipping route. If conditions are not suitable, we will hold your order until it is safe to ship.
What is your Live Arrival Guarantee (DOA)?
We guarantee live arrival as long as all conditions are met. In the rare event of a DOA, claims must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery with proper video proof. Please refer to our full DOA Policy for details.
Do you check weather before shipping?
Yes! We monitor weather conditions at our location, your location, and along the shipping route. If conditions are not safe, we will hold the shipment until it is in the best interest of the coral.
Can I request a hold on my order?
Yes! Orders can be held for a short period if needed. Extended holds may be requested within 48 hours of purchase and are subject to approval.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available by appointment. Once an order is picked up, all guarantees are void and responsibility transfers to the customer.
What are "Deals" corals?
Our Deals section includes discounted corals that may be stressed or have imperfections but still have potential to recover. These are sold as-is, and the Live Arrival Guarantee does not apply.
